My daughter and I come to Raliegh for a concert at the Lincoln Theater. It took us less then 5 minutes to walk there and the neighborhood was very nice. As the girls I was not scared to walk to and from the concert. If we have to go back that way again I would prefer to stay there. Excellent choice. Well worth the money spent. Starbucks was a nice touch to our morning home the next day!

Great breakfast and staff was great !! I paid for parking total of 46.00 dollars in and out, had to or couldn't get out of the garage!! I think you charged me $30 for two day parking already.I believe you owe me a refund on the amount I paid vs. room rate difference and the parking. You have my info for refund. The hotel is located in downtown Raleigh close to many businesses and restaurants, entertainment, etc… The rooms are spacious and very well appointed. Mine had a walk-in shower, which I had requested. The bed was among the most comfortable I have seen in recent years.

Location was amazing. Went for event at attached convention center- so convenient. Valet parking was also nice (no struggle finding a spot in an unfamiliar city!) The room was clean and comfortable. The Rye bar had great Bloody Mary’s and super bartenders.

The location was great, the restaurant in the lobby called Rye was actually pretty great. I had the breakfast 2 mornings in a row, we had the same waiter both times and he was amazing and the food was great.
