Nice location, close to everything in downtown. The most convenient place to be if you're going to the conference center. Hotel bar had nice drinks and food, we ate there often. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Starbucks is attached to the lobby.

I loved running into celebs all over the hotel! There was a con going on and I ran into Jason mewes at Starbucks, Giancarlo Esposito and other celebs in the elevators

The hotel is excellent- well situated, nice amenities. The pool was closed, the restaurant had minimal service (due to Covid). Valet parking is expensive and not really needed since there is plenty of parking in the area (learned that the hard way). The staff was friendly and accomodating. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The location was right next to the convention center, plenty of places to eat around, my room was super clean and had a good view, and the staff was nice.

Restaurant did not have enough servers - we were fortunate a four top in the bar became available and dinner and service were great. If we had known restaurant had such limited seating we would have made a reservation at another local spot. We chose to eat breakfast at another restaurant the next morning.

welcoming staff, beautiful property. every space I visited from the laundry room to the pool was clean the room was clean well appointed and spacious. Definitely stay again. Breakfast buffet was wonderful as well

Second time staying for a concert at red hat. The location is perfect. Even with an event going on, they were very accommodating.
